Your pet will have their own personal nanny to care for and love them while you are away. Our pet nannies take great pride in caring for your pets and bond with each and every pet they care for. Your pet nanny will leave a daily pet report for you to read when you return home. How do I sign up for service with Paw Au Pair?
When you call our office 303.485.8498 we will discuss your pet care needs and decide if we are a good fit for you and your pets. A consultation will be set up at this point for one of our loving pet nannies to come to your home to meet you and your furry companions, go over all the forms and pick up 2 keys to your home. We ask for 2 keys so we can have one on file in case of an emergency.

Do We Bring Our Pets to Your Facility?
No. Paw Au Pair comes to your home to care for your pets. Your pets stay in the comfort of their own home and have their own personal nanny to care for them. You will return home to happy healthy spoiled pets. This is the uniqueness of our service.

How does Paw Au Pair handle payment? and is it okay to tip the
nanny ?
When you book service with us we will send you a confirmation. You will have the option at the bottom of that form to pay with a credit card through pay pal. You can also leave a check for us to pick up on the first day of service. All payment are due by the first day we are to begin service. Yes, tips are appreciated and given to your nanny in full.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require a 7-day cancellation policy for overnight pet sitting and vacation visits. We ask that you call our office 303.485.8498 7 days before your departure if you need to cancel your service in order to get a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your departure date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your departure date will be charged 100% cancellation fee unless we are able to fill the spot that you had previously booked with your sitter.

Can I book service directly through my pet's nanny?
Occasionally you may be given your nannies phone number to check on your pets while you are away. We ask that you do not call your sitter directly to book future sits. All visits must be booked through the main office 303.485.8498. Our sitters have signed contracts preventing them from booking service outside of Paw Au Pair. We are very lucky to have the wonderful team of nannies that we do and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do you administer medication to my pets?
Yes, we can medicate your pets if they are easy to medicate and do not pose a threat to our nannies.
